Glottalphib swamp stunner

Glottalphibs, thanks to their formidable physical abilities and ability to breathe fire, have found little use for developing indigenous blaster technology. However, they have produced their own model of a personal weapon, the swamp stunner. Unlike standard stun technology, a swamp stunner has a maximum range of 20 meters. The weapon is notoriously difficult to aim accurately at any range past 10 meters unless it is used against its intended target---large carnivores that roam the seas and shores of Glottal.

It is not even necessary to clean the stunner of caked on mud and algae growth. It works underwater with no loss of capability except a reduced range of 10 meters.

PsychoInfiltratorConsidering the wording/nature of the writ-up, it might be more realsitic to have it ignore range penalties up to ten meters. After ten meters, the full range penalty would still be incurred.
