Improved Plant Surge
Prerequisite: Plant Surge 11+, Force Mastery, Life Power, Force level 11+
Benefit: The Force-user makes a Plant Surge skill check as per normal except that use of this feat requires four vitality and a full-round action. The decision to use this feat must be made before making the check. Any characters in the affected area must attempt a Reflex saving throw to avoid being entangled as per the Plant Surge skill. All entangled characters are rendered helpless and immobile if they fail a second Reflex saving throw at the same DC. However, the entangled characters are protected by plant growth thick enough to provide DR 5 personal armor. This DR can be bypassed automatically by a carefully aimed coup de grace.
